Called Woo's Electrical Service to fix my Kirkland/Whirlpool washing machine. I had diagnosed it as the motor coupler and ordered the part beforehand. Scheduling was very easy and friendly. Mike showed up on time for the appointment and repaired the machine with ease. They take payment either by cash, check or charge. Highly Recommend based on my experience today.

Appreciated the customer service and returning of my messages. Kept me very informed and up to date on spot status. Mike came and made the evaluation within half hour. Not great news but appreciate the efficiency and honesty. Very satisfied and will use again thank you June.

I called Woo’s when my dishwasher started failing. Even though they couldn’t schedule work for another 10 days, I took the first appointment they had and then later they were able to schedule me for an earlier date. 😀. The repairman is excellent, explains what he’s doing and the price is very reasonable. Very satisfied …

Marvin Woo is very skilled and does a great job. He doesn’t cut corners as other tradesmen have done at my place. He’ll also give you information on the status of your wiring. I’ve used him for years and he remains excellent.

Our refrigerator was making a lot of noise. Even though it’s over 12 years old, it never had a problem. Mike said that it was only the fan and he repaired it and now the refrigerator is good as new! Woo has consistently been excellent in their response and very reasonable in pricing. My clients appreciate their fast service and no nonsense repairs. Mahalos!!

My family has been using Woo's Electric for many years and through the years, we have found then to be a great service. Marvin and his staff are friendly, timely, ethical and do great work. I highly recommend them..

Marvin knows his trade and his expertise is evident in options offered to solving challenges. He is efficient which results in reasonable charges for good quality work. In a situation which needs immediate attention he makes the effort to expedite a solution. I recommend him highly. There is one caveat. While one gets his personal he is a one-man operation. So plan ahead if you want to get on his calendar.

Marvin is friendly, professional, and great to work with. He showed up on time and understood exactly what I needed done. He gave me a fair assessment of whether the job could be done for the price I wanted to pay. My dishwasher was leaking and they were able to get me in super quick. Mike came by and was very friendly and knowledgable. Fixed my dishwasher very fast!! Super courteous and friendly family owned business. :)
